University mail got logged out from Authenticator

I have multiple outlook accounts and one of those is my university's mail and when I tried to do something today which required 2FA code it didnt show me any code instead asked me to sign in again which again requires the 2fa code. how do I fix this

I lost access to my Microsoft Authenticator for my university account after switching devices.
