Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Dear @Michael Miller,
Thank you for your regarding questions, and I understand how confusing this situation can be.
At the moment, Microsoft 365 does not support directly combining or “merging” two tenants (including Education and Nonprofit tenants). Instead, the supported approach is to consolidate everything into a single tenant through a tenant-to-tenant migration process. For reference, you can refer to this article: A Step-by-Step Guide to Merging Multiple Microsoft 365 Tenants into One

It’s also important to note that nonprofit benefits and entitlements are tied to a specific tenant and cannot be merged or transferred between tenants. If you plan to use nonprofit benefits long-term, you need to decide which tenant should hold that eligibility and proceed accordingly. For reference: Tenant modification
However, since your environment involves both Education and Nonprofit tenants, along with an existing domain already attached to your Education tenant, the setup becomes more complex. Therefore, I strongly recommend that you contact Microsoft Support directly for guidance specific to your tenant configuration. A support engineer can assist with planning the tenant-to-tenant migration to minimize disruption.
To reach support, please sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and go to Support > Help & support, then submit a request. For reference: Get support for Microsoft 365 for business
