    Hello, clark conlee.

Log in to your MS account on the page: https://support.microsoft.com/en-US/home/contact?SourceApp=smc2&ContactUsExperienceEntryPointAssetId=www.microsoft.com

In the search bar, type (without quotes) "agent support" and press Enter or click on Get Help. Ignore the search results, and click on the "Contact Support" button at the bottom. On the next page, select "Microsoft 365 and Office" and "Technical Support" from the drop-down lists, and then click on "Confirm". Next, select the chat "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" and on the next page, enter (if requested) your (the one that works) email address and click on "Confirm". A chat window will open in a new tab. Wait for the Microsoft Support specialist to respond and describe your problem..

To talk to a real human agent for Microsoft 365/Office home subscription, account, or billing issues, use one of these supported methods:

    1. Use the Get Help app on Windows
      1. Open the Get Help app (type "Get Help" in the Windows search bar and open it).
      2. In the app, briefly describe the issue (for example, “billing issue with Microsoft 365 subscription”).
      3. Scroll past any suggested articles and select Contact support.
      4. Select the appropriate Product or service (for example, Microsoft 365 & Office) and the closest category (for example, Manage my subscription or billing).
      5. Confirm, then choose one of the contact options:
        • Chat with a support agent in your web browser (connects to a live person), or
        • Provide your phone number and a support agent will call you (Microsoft calls back; availability depends on region and hours).
    2. Contact Microsoft 365/Office support from the web
      1. Go to the Contact – Microsoft Support experience (the same flow referenced in “Contact Microsoft Office Support”).
      2. Search or type a short description of the problem.
      3. Select Get HelpContact support when offered.
      4. On Products & Services, choose Microsoft 365 & Office.
      5. On Category, choose Manage my subscription or the most relevant option.
      6. Select Confirm.
      7. Choose Chat with a support agent in your web browser or the callback/phone option if available.
    3. Use Outlook.com help (if the issue is with Outlook/Hotmail)
      1. Sign in to outlook.com.
      2. Select Help in the ribbon, then Help again.
      3. Describe the issue in the help pane.
      4. If the suggested articles do not resolve it, scroll down and select Yes under Still need help?.
      5. Select Chat with a support agent in your web browser, fill in the details, and confirm to start a live chat.
    4. Use global customer service phone options (if available in region)
      • From the Get Help app or the online support flow, after selecting product and category, choose the option that shows Global Customer Service Phone Numbers or Call me back. Enter a phone number so a support agent can call.

Availability of chat and phone options depends on product, subscription, region, and support hours. If one option is unavailable, try again later or use the alternative (chat vs. callback).
