Hi

I tried to reactivate my skype credit, was told I had to add my billing address at miscrosoft 365, tried many many times, always received the message to try later. tried calling customer service many many times, no humans came to help. NEED HUMAN HELP. It's ridiculous running a business throwing customers around on a dysfunctional website. HELP!

    Hello

Go to your Microsoft account https://account.live.com

Go to Your info, make sure the language field is not blank. Set it up correctly. This is typically the culprit of not being able to set up billing address. Once the language field is filled in, check Billing and Shipping addresses, make sure you have them set up correctly too.

Then try to reactivate credits again.

To get human help with reactivating Skype Credit and fixing the billing address issue, use these supported contact paths:

    1. For Skype account and billing issues (including Skype Credit and blocked paid features):
If the account shows messages like needing a billing address or partial blocking of paid features, contact the Skype Customer Support team directly via the official support entry point: use the Skype support contact flow at Skype Customer Support or the dedicated Skype support chat link provided in the Skype help pages (for example, the link behind “contact the Skype Customer Support team” in the article about partially blocked accounts). A support agent can:
      • Check why the billing address cannot be saved.
      • Remove any account blocks or payment suspensions related to Skype paid features.
      • Help with reactivation of Skype Credit if the self-service flow fails.
    2. If the issue is broader Microsoft 365 billing (card, subscription, or account-level billing profile):
Use the general Microsoft customer service channel for home users:
      • Go to the “Get Help” experience from the “Customer service phone numbers” page.
      • Describe the problem (for example, “cannot add billing address to reactivate Skype Credit”).
      • The system will either provide self-help or connect to a support agent via chat or call-back.
    3. If the Skype account shows “services are partially blocked” or similar messages (for example, “payment options have been suspended” or “account blocked”):
The official guidance is to contact the Skype Customer Support team directly from the link provided in the “Skype services are partially blocked on my account” article. A human agent is required to review and unblock the account or adjust payment options; this cannot be fully resolved via self-service.

If self-service reactivation of Skype Credit is failing repeatedly, a support agent is the only supported escalation path. Use the Skype-specific support contact link for account blocking/payment issues, and the general Microsoft “Get Help” entry for any Microsoft 365 billing-profile problems.
