Microsoft account hacked without possibilities of communicating with Microsoft for recovery

Hi Dear,

A couple of years ago, Minecraft accounts were migrated to Microsoft, so my personal account is (******@setarnet.aw) which is not a hotmail, nor outlook or live or 365 account but is an account provided by my local ISP.
The issue is: This email address was compromised, and I can assume that the hacker took control of it and delete it from Microsoft and then placed their email instead, so at this moment I can no longer log in Minecraft because this requires to use the Microsoft account which does not exist and there is no human way possible to communicate with MS to explain and prove that I am the owner of the license.
What can I do please? does anyone know a way to communicate to a human at Microsoft?

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

I'm sorry you are experiencing this.

Based on your description, the hacker was able to remove the account's primary email address/security info and replace it with their own email address, which is why you received the error that the account doesn't exist when signing in.

Since the security info has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Minecraft/Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

For a hacked Microsoft account that was used for Minecraft, the only supported recovery path is the official Microsoft account recovery and hacked‑account process. If the hacker has replaced the original email and security information, and the automated recovery fails, there is no additional escalation path to a human agent who can override the system or manually restore the account.

    Follow these steps:

    1. Use the hacked/compromised account guide
    2. Submit the Microsoft account recovery form
      • Use the recovery form (ACSR) linked from the hacked‑account article or via the sign‑in helper.
      • Provide as much accurate information as possible (old passwords, approximate creation date, services used, etc.). The process is automated and uses this data to verify ownership.
      • If the form result says the account cannot be recovered, that indicates the system could not match the provided information strongly enough to restore access.
    3. Understand the limitation if security info was replaced
      • If the hacker has changed the sign‑in alias and security information, and the recovery form does not grant access, the account is considered unrecoverable.
      • In that case, Microsoft Support and forum moderators cannot access or restore the account or manually link it back to the original email.
    4. Contact Minecraft support separately about the game license
      • Even if the Microsoft account cannot be recovered, Minecraft ownership issues can be raised with the Minecraft team.
      • Use the official Minecraft support channel referenced in similar cases to ask whether there are any alternative options for your Minecraft license.

There is no separate email address or direct human escalation path at Microsoft that can bypass the recovery form or manually restore a personal Microsoft account once security information has been fully taken over and the automated checks fail.
