Hey there! Nice to meet you!

I'm sorry you are experiencing this.

Since the security info has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

That’s basically a full account takeover. Your best option is Microsoft’s official hacked-account recovery page:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-US/accounts-billing/manage/how-to-recover-a-hacked-or-compromised-microsoft-account

Give as much proof as possible: old passwords, old recovery email/phone, Xbox gamertag, Minecraft purchase receipt, transaction ID, Microsoft Store order info, PayPal/card receipts, devices and locations you used to sign in from.

Also secure your device first(malware or plugins etc might be the culprit!), then check any cards, PayPal, subscriptions, and other accounts linked to that email. Don’t pay random "recovery" people - use Microsoft only.
