Toll-Free Verification issues

Hello,
I submitted a form for Toll-Free Verification a month ago and I keep getting rejected even though all the information I submitted is correct. The error message says:

Hello, Upon review of your toll-free verification application by the toll-free messaging aggregator, your application has been rejected for the following reason: business registration number is missing or invalid. We will need one of the following letters to move forward with an appeal. 1. CP 575 EIN Confirmation Letter • This is the official letter from the IRS confirming your Employer Identification Number (EIN) assignment. It shows your legal business name and EIN as registered with the IRS. 2. 147C EIN Verification Letter • If you’ve lost your CP 575, you can request a 147C letter from the IRS. This letter also confirms your EIN and legal business name. As a rejected application, your toll-free number will be subjected to these limits - https://aka.ms/TFV-FAQs. All the information I submitted is correct, including our EIN number and all company related information. The message mentions an appeal, but I do not see any place I can appeal or submit any additional document (I have all the requested documents ready to be provided on request). I spoke to someone via email, but I received no help. I also submitted a feedback, hoping that someone will contact me, but no help from there either.

I really hope that someone from Microsoft will jump in to help.
