Azure toll-free SMS verification takes 5 to 6 weeks (up to 8 weeks during high volume) because human reviewers must manually audit submissions to prevent spam. You can track your application status under Regulatory Documents in the Azure Portal. To avoid delays, ensure your business details match your website and clearly outline your user opt-in process. If you have been waiting longer than 6 weeks, open an Azure support ticket with your Application ID for an update.
