    Hi,

    Where do you see the 4 accounts? If you see that on https://family.microsoft.com, these must be your Microsoft Family accounts with which you are sharing the Microsoft 365 subscription.

    PS If I misunderstood, I am happy to clarify if you supply a screeenshot.

    I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.
