Office 365 administration is absolutely worthless! We are experiencing multiple issues with the 365 Family plan configuration.

  1. 365 Family Plan Subscription: On April 7, 2026, I made payment for the 365 Family plan with my credit card. The credit card statement shows the payment processed correctly. On my 365 Family dashboard, a message appears stating that the subscription is about to expire, even though a new annual payment was just made 2 months ago. Even the 365 Admin page shows the payment was posted on April 7, 2026.
  2. 365 Family Member Not Getting 1TB Disk: A 365 family member previously had a 365 Free account. The free account was approaching the maximum disk space of 5GB. We went through the steps to add the user to the 365 Family plan as subscribed in #1 above. The Member's name shows as part of the Family on my main dashboard as well as on the Member's dashboard. But, the member's disk allocation hasn't adjusted from 5GB to 1TB and now it is showing that the 5GB disk space limited has been exceeded.
  3. 365 Family Member Existing Files Deleted: After the transition to the Family membership, the new family member's files stored in OneDrive prior to the transition appeared to still be available on OneDrive. We left for a bit to go eat and came back and the previous files had been deleted.

Clearly, we are at a stand still with these issues. WITH ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AVAILABLE FROM MICROSOFT, I am resorting to this method to getting the issues resolved. Anyone have any suggestions? This is exactly why I hate Microsoft as a software company.

I've always been satisfied contacting support through this link: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkId=528676

Before going to that link, make sure you first sign in to the account associated with your Microsoft 365 Family plan.
