How do I get a support phone call for a Compatibility problem?

I have been searching all day for a way to talk to someone at Microsoft but get nowhere. Yesterday my WORD opened in Compatibility mode although it is paid up with only 3 months gone. I am using Win 11 and it goes to compatibility mode even on new documents. When I try to print the font is half size and will not let me change it. A single page document displays as multiple pages. This all occurred only yesterday and was fine previously.

To get a support phone call and live help for this Word/Windows 11 issue, use one of these supported paths, depending on the product type.

  1. If using Microsoft 365 (subscription: Basic, Personal, Family, Premium, or Copilot Pro)
    1. Go to the Microsoft 365 support entry point: Microsoft 365 Customer Service and Support.
    2. For home subscriptions, use the option to Chat or receive a call back from a technical support expert. This provides:
      • Chat support.
      • Call-back support from a support agent.
    3. When prompted for product/category, choose Microsoft 365 and Word so the case is routed correctly.
  2. If using a non-subscription Office (one-time purchase Office 2024 or Office 2021)
    1. Use the same Microsoft 365 Customer Service and Support entry point.
    2. Under Non-subscription Office (one-time purchase of Office), use:
      • Chat for technical support.
      • Call back (for activation only) if the issue is activation-related.
  3. General Office/Word support options
    1. Use the Contact Microsoft Office Support page: Contact Microsoft Office Support.
    2. For home use:
      • Search online help first if needed.
      • Use the Get Help app or browser option to contact support and request a call.
  4. If a direct phone number is preferred
    • Use the Microsoft customer service phone directory referenced in the Q&A examples (Customer service phone numbers). From there, select the region and follow the prompts to reach support, then request technical help for Microsoft 365/Office.

These paths allow escalation to a live support agent (chat or call-back) who can troubleshoot Word running in Compatibility Mode and the printing/font issues on Windows 11.

I see two pages, one blank. I did not select anything, this happened on it's own.
