Hi, I'm Bernard. I'm happy to help!

Kindly follow the steps provided by the AI answer. However, if the issue persists, I recommend contacting Microsoft Accounts and Billing support by following the steps below:

    Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact

In the search bar, type in your issue, then hit enter.

Scroll down to the bottom and select the blue button "Contact Support"

The account is likely blocked due to unusual or suspicious sign-in activity. To regain access and reach the OneDrive and university work, follow these supported steps:

    1. Try the Sign-in Helper / unblock flow
      • Go to the Outlook.com / Microsoft account sign-in page and sign in with the locked account.
      • If a message appears that the account is blocked, follow the on-screen steps or use the Sign-in Helper referenced in the unblock article.
      • Choose where to receive a security code (phone, alternate email, or other security method), enter the code, and then change the password if prompted.
    2. Respond to unusual activity prompts
      • If prompted that there was unusual sign-in activity, select a method to receive a security code and complete verification as described in the “Respond to unusual activity” guidance.
      • If traveling or on a new device/network, try signing in from a usual location or a device previously used and set as a trusted device.
    3. If the account remains blocked
      • If repeated attempts or password resets still fail and the account appears blocked, follow the guidance in the Outlook.com unblock article: Unblock my Outlook.com account.
      • If the unblock flow does not work, use the link in that article to go to “When you can't sign in to your Microsoft account” and follow the password reset and support-contact options.
    4. Avoid repeated attempts in a short time
      • If there have been many failed sign-in or verification attempts, wait at least 24 hours without trying again, then retry the sign-in/unblock steps. Excessive attempts can extend or reinforce temporary blocks.
    5. If security info is lost or changed
      • If access to the phone/email used for verification is lost, follow the “I've lost access to my security info” guidance for work or school accounts to replace security info. If all security info is replaced, there may be a 30-day wait before full access is restored.

These are the only supported methods to unlock a blocked Microsoft account and regain access to associated services such as OneDrive.
