    Hello Tomas Lundstrom,

Microsoft Q&A is a community forum for technical questions, so we don't have visibility into existing support cases or the ability to resume one from here. To pick your case back up, you'll want to go back through the same channel it was originally opened in.

The most reliable route is heading to https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact, signing in with the same Microsoft account you used when the case was first created, and choosing Contact Microsoft Support. From there you can request a chat or callback and reference your case number so the agent can pull up your history and continue where the previous one left off. If you'd rather not go through the website, the Get Help app on Windows does the same thing — just hit Start, search for "Get Help," and request support from inside the app. And if the original agent gave you a direct callback number or a scheduled time, that's usually the fastest way back in.

I hope it gets wrapped up quickly.

Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, are not allowed to directly interfere with Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Case updates or completion cannot be done from this channel. To finish work on an existing Surface support case, use one of the official support/contact options:

    1. If the case was created through Services Hub / Microsoft Engage Center
      • Sign in to Services Hub.
      • Go to the support area where support requests are listed.
      • Locate case #710155 6369 in the list of support requests.
      • Open the case, add the remaining details or attachments, and submit/update as required.
      • If additional help is needed, only a designated Support Contact on the account can open or escalate a support request.
    2. If the case is related to Surface Management Portal / Intune
      • Go to Microsoft Intune.
      • In the left navigation, select All ServicesSurface Management Portal.
      • On the Surface Management Portal home page, select View all support requests.
      • Find the matching case and open it.
      • In the Details section, provide a clear description of the remaining issue and attach any files needed, then click Next.
      • Complete Contact details, review the summary, and click Submit.
      • A Case ID is shown and a Microsoft Customer Service Representative will contact using the preferred method.
    3. If direct assistance from a support agent is required
      • Use the official Microsoft support entry point: Contact a Microsoft support agent.
      • Follow the prompts to select the relevant product/service and connect to an agent (chat or phone, depending on availability and account type).

For any Services Hub website issues while working with the case, use the Get Help page to contact the Services Hub team.
