Hello,

I can not figure out how to get in touch with support and I have been trying for YEARS to get this issue resolved. Every email I get from Microsoft (to my gmail account) always come in Chinese. I live in the USA and my settings have always been set to English. I do not speak/read Chinese and I only know English. This has been an issue for many years after someone tried to hack my Skype account back in 2010 (I think?). Promotional emails come in English, but anything about password reset or requesting a code comes in Chinese. Luckily Google will translate it for me, but I would like this issue fixed. I get a lot of password reset or one time code emails because someone is trying to access my account and I would like to be able to fully read those emails instead of trusting translations. I have 2 factor set on all my accounts so I am not worried about being hacked.
