    Contact Microsoft Support

    1. In the box that says, "Tell us your problem so we can get you the right help and support", type MSA, then click Get Help, followed by Contact Support.
    2. Sign in with a personal Microsoft account. Note that a work or school account will not display the correct support options — if you have trouble signing in, use a different personal account or create a new one.
    3. Under Products & Services, select Other Products, then choose Manage account security as the category and confirm.
    4. Select Chat with support experts in web browser to open a live chat with a support agent.
