Hi Priyaranjan,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A community.
I understand that you're incredibly in need of your BitLocker key. I wish I could share good news, but I have to be direct: If you can't find it or it was never backed up, there's no way to "crack" it.
BitLocker is a serious security feature created by Microsoft to protect your device. If its encryption could be easily bypassed, it would be ineffective. No one can recover your BitLocker key for you, not even Microsoft Support. But if you still wish to contact them:
- Visit Contact Us - Microsoft Support > Sign in
- Search for your problem > click "Get Help" button to start the request
- Scroll to the bottom and click "Contact Support" to connect to an agent
- Select the right categories that most closely match your issue again
- You will be added into a waiting line
Note: The support contact team only works at certain times, so if the last window shows that it's unavailable, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. This way, they can call you and help you.
Again, the BitLocker key is often saved to the very first Microsoft account used to set up the computer. So let's try signing in the official Recovery key page with every possible account you or others may have used on the PC (personal, secondary personal, work, school, etc.). Also check in OneDrive cloud to see if there's a chance that the key was automatically saved (look for any .txt files mentioning key / bitlocker).
I know this is not the answer you were hoping for, and I'm sorry to have to share this difficult information. But I believe it is best to be direct and give you the correct information.
