Some keys in the keyboard are not working.
sometimes its working and sometimes not
keys are getting stuck.
now Enter key got stucked and unable to work.
there is no physical damage . all of a sudden the keys get stucked

Hi! Does it happen in any software or just in a specific one?
not any software.all of the sudden it gets stuck.
unable to work on this, Without Enter key.. nothing is possible in the laptop as you know

Debris under keys can cause intermittent issues. Use compressed air to blow under the affected keys. Wipe keys with a slightly damp microfiber cloth.
Try an external keyboard-If external keyboard works fine, it may be a hardware problem If external keyboard has same issues, then it may be a software/driver problem.
If keys work fine in Safe Mode, a third-party app may be interfering.

Have you tried restart your computer?
Have you tried using an external keyboard?
If any software isn't affected, the problem might from that software. If the button works randomly or needs more force to press in order to work, the issue might be from hardware. In this case you have to reach your local support center to have it checked.
You can use On-Screen Keyboard temporarily; you can search it in Windows search to turn on.

Hi Jayasri, what I mean is, the problem might be a hardware issue: it could be something stuck under the key or a mechanical problem with the key.
If it is under warranty, Microsoft should replace the keyboard under warranty.
If not under warranty, you have to make a replacement.
Since this is a hardware issue, there's nothing we can do except clean the keyboard.
You can use On-Screen Keyboard temporarily; you can search it in Windows search to turn on. You can also use an external keyboard.
