I’d like to assist further but your post is unclear.

Can you tell me what account you wish to delete? Is this a user account on your surface devices’ windows operating system?

I’m having a bit of trouble interpreting “be operating be workstation”.

I’m not sure what you’re trying to do on your device.

If you mean you wish to delete a user account for it to be an operating workstation, you’ll need to go to settings, then go to accounts, family & other users, find the account you wish to remove and then remove the account, do note that all data on that account will be deleted as well so make sure you move the important files out of it before deleting.
