I will explain why it's so difficult to find a human being at Microsoft. You won't like it - but you deserve to know.
You are likely aware that more than a billion people all over the world use Microsoft products and services. There's not a chance that Microsoft can hire enough people knowledgeable in all of Microsoft's offerings to speak with even a tiny fraction of that many users.
At the same time, there is a virtually unlimited number of resources to help users with Microsoft products: user groups, community forums (like this one), the internet, artificial intelligence, websites, classes, books, etc.
For that reason, Microsoft employees do not support individual consumers, and all but the very largest organizations are supported by third parties trained by Microsoft.
Microsoft does hire a limited number of independent contractors to answer calls, mostly to handle issues with purchases and subscriptions. Personally, I wouldn't trust them with a technical question, and I would never let them remote into my computer. I don't know who I'm talking to and what kind of training they've had.
Finally, and not intending to be a pain the ... you know ... the amount you pay for Microsoft software gives you the right to license the software. It does not include support.
So if your whole issue is that you must talk to someone from Microsoft, I'm very sorry, but you won't.
