Accessing Microsoft Teams using organizational or personal credentials

To better identify the exact cause of this issue, please contact your organization’s administrator (possibly the IT department) and ask them to perform the following steps to check the sign-in logs through the Entra Admin Center:
Step 1: Go to the Microsoft Entra Admin Center.
Step 2: Click Entra ID > Users > search for the affected user.
Step 3: Click Sign-in logs.
Here, you will see the user’s sign-in information. Please click on the failed sign-in attempt.
Under Basic info, look for Failure reason and Additional details to better understand why the sign-in failed.
Once you have this information, please share it with me so I can provide you with more accurate assistance.
At the same time, please help me perform the following steps and check whether the issue is resolved:
- Instead of using the corporate network, please try using a mobile hotspot (4G/5G) and check whether the issue still occurs.
- Sign out of Teams and sign back in.
- Clear the Teams cache. You can refer to the following documentation to clear the New Teams cache. Clear the Teams client cache - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn
If you are using Teams through a browser, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete > Clear now.
- Please try removing and reassigning the license for this user.
- Remove the account and add it again in Windows Settings.
Step 1: Press Windows + I.
Step 2: Click Accounts > Access work or school account > remove and then add the account again.
