I am unable to provision a Microsoft 365 E5 developer sandbox. The error occurs when clicking "Set up E5 subscription" on the dashboard.

Error message: "Sandbox provisioning is currently disabled due to a technical issue. Please try again in a few days."

MS-CorrelationId: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

This has been happening for several days. I am trying to set up a Configurable Sandbox and this error occurs. Please advise on when this will be resolved.

    Hello @阿部 亮介

I would like to first clarify that this is a user-to-user support forum, and we are not Microsoft support. Moderators here do not have backend access and cannot directly intervene in Microsoft products or perform escalations. We can only provide technical guidance and best-practice recommendations based on reported issues.

Have you tried setting it up in an incognito/private browsing session to see if the issue still occurs?

From my experience, once your account is qualified for the developer program, it would usually take you directly to the setup page. In cases like this, it might be a server-side issue, but it’s still a good idea to test it in incognito first.

Also, would you mind sharing a screenshot of your dashboard via private message? That would really help me better understand your situation.

    Looking forward to your response.
