I have been using the Azure 1k USD credits. For verification, I gave all the required documents like DUNS, Company incorporation certificate etc.

My linkedin profile also clearly says that I am the CEO and founder.

The app is also live on playstore and appstore.

But the verification got rejected.

What to do? Is there a email ID where I can share all the required documents again?

Please help.

Hi Anshul, getting rejected when you have submitted valid paperwork like DUNS and incorporation certificates is incredibly frustrating, but it usually happens because of a minor character mismatch between your legal documents and your Microsoft Partner Center profile. Microsoft does not use a direct email address for document submissions, so sending emails will unfortunately result in automated rejections. To resolve this, log directly into your Microsoft Partner Center dashboard, navigate to Account Settings > Legal Info, and verify that your company name, physical address, and phone number perfectly match the formatting on your DUNS registration line by line—even a small variance like "LLC" versus "Limited" can trigger a rejection. Once you have aligned the text details, click the Update / Fix Now button right inside that portal to re-upload your certificates; if it fails a second time, click Support in the left-hand menu of the Partner Center to open a direct ticket, which flags an internal reviewer to manually cross-reference your Play Store and App Store URLs to override the automated system.
