Please note that the invoice ID you provided is associated with a business invoice. As this concerns a business-related subscription and billing matter, the cancellation cannot be processed directly by an end user. For security and administrative reasons, only your organization’s IT Administrator or the person with the appropriate admin permissions in your Microsoft 365 tenant can cancel this subscription.To proceed, I kindly recommend reaching out to your IT Admin and asking them to follow the steps below in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center:
Go to Microsoft 365 admin center and sign in with your business account > Billing > Your products > choose a subscription you want to cancel > Cancel Subscription
Since your invoice is a MCA billing account, please note that self-service cancellation is only available within 7 days from the renewal date. After that period, if you still wish to cancel, a billing support ticket will need to be submitted for further assistance.
