Hello mugaba nuhu,
Windows 11 ARM64 is designed specifically for devices that use ARM‑based processors, such as Qualcomm Snapdragon chips. A standard 64‑bit (x64) system with an Intel or AMD processor cannot run the ARM64 edition of Windows 11 during installation, it requires hardware built on the ARM architecture. In other words, your 64‑bit PC can run Windows 11, but only the x64 version, not ARM64.
If you are seeing installation requirement errors, it may be related to hardware compatibility checks (such as TPM 2.0, Secure Boot, or CPU support). To fix this, make sure your BIOS has Secure Boot and TPM enabled, and confirm your processor is on the supported list for Windows 11. Using the official PC Health Check tool from Microsoft is the easiest way to verify readiness.
Once requirements are met, the x64 edition of Windows 11 will install and run smoothly on your system. ARM64 is reserved for ARM devices, so you don’t need to worry about that path for your current hardware.
