How do I start week groupings in pivot tables on a Sunday?

I am trying to group the dates on a pivot table in weeks beginning on a Sunday, e.g 08/03/2026 - 14/03/2026, 15/03/2026 - 21/03/2026, etc. I got it to work once but now it insists on starting the first range on the fist date in the data set and adding 7 days. Date range in source data runs from 01/01/2026 to 31/05/2026.

I have checked:

Source Data - is in date format, no errors in the date range that I can see, is sorted ascending in date order.

File - I have other pivot tables on other worksheets running off the same data that work fine. I created the new pivot table through the wizard to separate the data cache of the two tables.

Grouping - I have set the start date to the Sunday preceding the first date in the data set - doesn't work. I have set the starting date for a date that exists in the data set - doesn't work.

I have googled and tried that many things that I can't remember what I have and haven't tried........

Why can't I get one pivot table to behave like another pivot table off the same data?

Help!Steph

    @Stephanie Batt

    Not sure why Huy directs you to another MS forum as I believe you can get help here as well :)

    The grouping below (note I use European stile dates) does group dates by week from the first Sunday (i.e. January 4)

    And example pivot table will then look like this:
