    Hello. What you’re seeing with folders like Sent Items_0 or Deleted Items_0 in the new Outlook for Windows usually happens when Outlook doesn’t correctly map the server’s default special folders (Sent, Deleted, Junk) during sync. To avoid overwriting anything, it creates new folders with a suffix like _0.

    Does the _0 folder contain items you just sent or deleted that don’t show up in the regular Sent/Deleted folders?
