Download Microsoft 365 in a new Macbook

have been charged 104 pounds direct debit yesterday and cannot download any office products in my new MacBook and the old laptop crashed. I need help installing and don't even have key for access even if I download. The safari browser does not allow me to download Microsoft 365.

    If you have a subscription to Microsoft 365, that licence should have become associated to your Microsoft Account as a digital licence online and it is from there that you can install Office without the need for a product key:

    https://account.microsoft.com/services/

    Do you find your Office licence/subscription listed on your account there.
