    Greetings!

This is Tin, if after running the repair and the issue still persists, please try to reinstall the MS Office. Go to https://m365.cloud.microsoft/apps and sign in your MS Account where your Office is associated.

Please go to MS 365 Apps and select Install apps, look for the version you need and hit Install.

    Thanks,

Follow these steps in order until the apps start working again:

    1. Run a full Online Repair of Office (not just “Repair now”)
      1. Close Word, Excel, Outlook, and all other Office apps.
      2. In Windows 10/11, right‑click the Start button and select Apps and Features (Windows 10) or Installed apps (Windows 11).
      3. Find Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Office in the list.
      4. Select it, choose Modify.
      5. When asked how to repair, choose Online Repair > Repair and confirm.
      6. Let the repair finish (this can take 15–30 minutes), then restart the PC.
      7. Open Word or Excel and test.
    2. If the problem continues, repair Office again from the dedicated article Use the same steps as above as described in Repair an Office application. Make sure Online Repair is selected (not Quick Repair) so all corrupted components are replaced.
    3. If still not working after Online Repair Since all Office apps are affected and “repair now” does not help, completely remove and reinstall Office:
      1. Uninstall Microsoft 365/Office from Apps and Features/Installed apps.
      2. Restart (not just shut down) the PC.
      3. Install Office again from the Microsoft account or your organization’s portal.

If after a full reinstall the error still appears, the issue may be with a corrupted component that Office depends on (for example, Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime). In that case, advanced troubleshooting such as removing and reinstalling WebView2, or checking for third‑party conflicts and performing a selective startup (clean boot), may be required.
