Pop-ups are usually controlled by the web browser, not by email settings. To unblock them so delivery labels can open and print, adjust the browser’s pop-up settings.

For Internet Explorer:

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Select Tools > Internet options.
  3. Go to the Privacy tab.
  4. Under Pop-up Blocker, clear Turn on Pop-up Blocker, then select OK.

If using Microsoft Edge with a web app (for example, a shipping or Business Central page) that opens labels in a new window:

  1. Open Edge.
  2. Go to Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Pop-ups and redirects.
  3. Move the Blocked toggle to the right (On) so the section is active.
  4. Under Allow, select Add and enter the site that opens the labels (for example, https://businesscentral.dynamics.com or the shipping site’s URL), then select Add.

If using another browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.), look in that browser’s settings for Pop-ups or Pop-ups and redirects and either turn off the blocker or add the shipping site to the allowed list.

If labels still do not open, check for any third-party toolbars or security tools (Google Toolbar, Yahoo Toolbar, Pop-Up Stopper, PopUpCop, etc.) and disable their pop-up blocking features.

Examples:

  • In Internet Explorer: Tools > Pop-up Blocker > Turn Off Pop-up Blocker.
  • In Safari: clear Block Pop-Up Windows on the Safari menu.
  • In Firefox: Tools > Options > Content and clear Block Pop-up windows.
