I dont know why this is happening, I have reset all my xbox services and everything and I also cannot update my pc with error 0x800f0805 occurring, this might be affecting it somehow? I cant download minecraft bedrock from windows store either with error 0x800f0805 occurring.

    Welcome Latrop Shehtz,

I understand how frustrating it can be when you are unable to sign in to Xbox services on Windows 10 due to a suspended account message, and you are also encountering update error 0x800f0805 which may be affecting Microsoft Store apps and sign‑in behavior.

Before proceeding further, I would like to clarify a couple of details:

    • Could you confirm if you are able to sign in to your Microsoft account successfully in a web browser?
    • Are other Windows apps (like Microsoft Store or Settings accounts page) showing the same account issue or only Xbox-related apps?

In the meantime, you can try these workaround steps below to troubleshoot the issue:

Option 1: Remove problematic credentials from Windows

    • Go to Control Panel > Credential Manager
    • Select Windows Credentials
    • Remove all entries related to Xbox Live, Xbl, or MicrosoftAccount
    • Restart the PC

Option 2: Repair system files (important for error 0x800f0805)

    • Open Command Prompt as administrator
    • Run the following commands one by one:
      • sfc /scannow
      • DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
    • Restart after completion

Additionally, based on the screenshot you provided, it seems that your account may have been suspended. Please check the link : Learn why your account was banned or suspended from Xbox Live for more details on the possible reasons.

I hope the steps above help you deal with your issue.
