Unable to install Claude Add In

I'm trying to install the Claude Add in. However it keeps saying "You don't have permission to use this add-in. Contact your system administrator to request access."

My microsoft account isn't under an organization. It was bought personally. Please help.

    Okay have seemed to have found a work around although must be done each time you open an excel workbook:

    1. Open excel signed into your account
    2. File>Account>Sign Out
    3. Create a new work book or open an existing workbook
    4. Find and install the add in
    5. Log into your add in whilst still signed out
    6. Now sign back into your Microsoft account

    Does your Claude have a paid plan attached to the account?

    Hi Zent,

    This is super strange, although we have a few reports. Though MS office is your Personal subscription but may I know if a Work or school account is added in Settings > Accounts > Access Work or school?

    Moreover, are you using Office 2016/19/21/24 or 365?

    Additionally, Please open Credential Manager > Windows /Web credentials, do you see any Work account credential listed?

    I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.
