    Hi Susan Vickers,

I understand that your Outlook.com calendar is opening, but your meetings are not visible. Please note that this is a user-to-user forum, so contributors here can suggest troubleshooting steps based on the information shared, but cannot access your account, calendar data, or Microsoft’s internal systems.

You can try these checks first:

    1. In Outlook.com Calendar, look at the left calendar list and make sure the correct calendar is selected. If you have more than one calendar, select each one to see whether the meetings appear under a different calendar.
    2. Check the calendar view and filters. Switch between Day, Week, and Month view, and make sure no filter is hiding events or meetings.
    3. Open Outlook.com in a private/InPrivate browser window or try another browser. This helps confirm whether the issue is related to cached browser data or browser extensions.
    4. If the meetings still do not appear, please check whether the same calendar items are visible in another Outlook app, such as Outlook mobile or Outlook for Windows/Mac if you use one. This helps determine whether the issue is only with Outlook.com web or with the calendar data itself.

If the calendar remains blank after the above checks, you can contact Outlook.com support from within Outlook.com for further assistance:

    1. Go to Outlook.com and sign in.
    2. Click the Help icon (question mark) in the top right corner.
    3. In the Help pane that opens, type a brief description of your issue (e.g., "account management"), then press Enter.
    4. Scroll down the page until you see "Still need help?", click Yes.
    5. Select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser."
    6. Review the description of your issue and confirm your email address (ensure it's an email you can access).
    7. Click Confirm to create the service request and then Start chat to connect with an agent.
    8. The screen will indicate that your request has been submitted and the system is connecting you to Outlook.com live chat support, which may take a moment to load.

    I hope this helps.

Make sure you are signed in to the correct Microsoft account, i.e., the Microsoft account whose Calendar you used to originally schedule those meetings.
