    Hi COOPER HILL

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A Forum.

To better understand your issue, could you please provide a bit more information about what you need help with regarding the PowerPoint file?

    • Are you trying to open or share the PowerPoint file through Outlook?
    • Are you experiencing an error when accessing the file from email?
    • Could you share the exact error message or a screenshot of the issue if possible? If so, please send it through private message to help avoid exposing any personal or organizational information.

Because this file belongs to your organization’s SharePoint environment, access requires an organization account with the proper permissions. I do not have an account from your organization or permission to open the file, so I’m unable to view the presentation directly.

Please understand that our initial reply may not always immediately resolve the issue. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

I look forward to your update.
