My outlook app (version up to date) on Mac works fine until I switch to my calendar. I can navigate through the settings, send emails and basically do everything I need until the minute i switch to calendar. Any advice? Below is the error message popping up upon crash. Both MaciOS and outlook versions are up to date.

The crash occurs when Outlook loads the calendar UI (Blame Module: OlkCalendarUIKit). The available guidance for Outlook for Mac stability issues focuses on keeping both macOS and Outlook fully updated and, if issues persist, using workarounds or alternative clients until a fix is available.

    Follow these steps:

    1. Confirm Outlook is on the latest build
      • In Outlook for Mac, go to Help > Check for Updates to open Microsoft AutoUpdate.
      • Install all available updates for Outlook and the rest of Microsoft 365 for Mac.
      • If already on the latest version, re-run AutoUpdate to ensure no partially applied updates.
    2. Ensure macOS is fully updated
      • Update macOS using the standard Apple process (System Settings/Software Update) or through the organization’s software distribution process.
    3. If crashes persist after updating
      • Use Outlook on the web as a temporary workaround for calendar access until a client-side fix is released.
      • Monitor the Outlook for Mac “Fixes or workarounds for recent issues” and release notes pages for mentions of calendar-related crash fixes and install any newer builds as they become available.

If the problem continues even on the latest builds, collect the Microsoft Error Reporting logs and contact Microsoft Support or post in the Outlook Tech Community/Answers forums so the crash can be investigated and addressed in a future update.
