My biometric fingerprint is not working. I have dementia and cannot remember my password. I have another laptop I can access but cannot understand how to access the password reset for my Microsoft 365 account. I can see the laptop on my account, but it is windows 10.
I would appreciate being able to speak to someone over the phone.

When you try to reset your password, what do you see on your screen? Are you able to get to the recovery page and do you still have access to the email or phone number linked to your account?
