From your post, I understand how frustrating it is when your incoming emails bypass your Inbox and go straight to the "Scheduled" folder.
Have you already tried Q&A Assist suggestions? In addition, please also try the following:
1, Un-snooze the emails
- Go to your “Scheduled” folder, select the emails, right-click them, and choose “Move to Inbox.
- This breaks the automated schedule loop for those threads.
2, Turn off Focused Inbox
- Go to the “Settings” gear icon > “Mail” > “Layout”
- Under “Focused Inbox”, choose “Don't sort my messages” to see if your mail defaults back to the regular Inbox.
