We have a bot which was working fine, and then we stopped getting any events from azure bot. We are getting tenant admin disabled this bot

But we haven't disabled the app. Unable to debug this issue and have seen similar issues raised here, but none of those issues had resolutions. Stuck on this please helpScreenshot 2026-05-26 at 3.24.48 PM

    Hello @Nihir Agarwal

Please recheck Teams Admin Center > Teams apps > Manage apps and ensure that your app is set to Allowed. Also validate the Org-wide app settings, especially that “Third-party apps” is enabled (if your bot is external).

You may also want to double-check the app permission policies using PowerShell: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/microsoftteams/get-csteamsapppermissionpolicy?view=teams-ps

    References:

If everything appears to be correctly configured on your side and the issue still persists, I recommend raising a support ticket with Microsoft so the engineering team can investigate further from the backend. As this is a user‑to‑user support forum, moderators (like me) do not have access to internal tools or the ability to perform deeper backend troubleshooting or escalation.

    Hope this helps.
