I am unable to add an address/billing address to reactive my skype account

I have repeatedly tried to reactivate my credit in my skype account but it requests me to add my address/billing address. When I attempt to do so I am unable to do so and I keep getting a message that **It's not you it's us** Please help me to address this issue.

Microsoft has recently disabled the option to change billing address from Skype settings.

In similar cases, users were able to fix this issue by setting language in their Microsoft account.
