Hi

I'm part of Microsoft for Founders Hub with $ 1,50,000 azure credits

I've availed $50,000 dollars which is going to end in July 2026

How can I increase my credits?

Hey there! It sounds like you’re in the Microsoft for Founders Hub program with a $150 K Azure credit allocation and want to bump that number up.

You can unlock additional credits by meeting a simple usage milestone each month. Here’s what to do:

Pick any combination of these six “qualifying” services: • Azure Monitor • Log Analytics • Application Insights • Microsoft Defender for Cloud • Microsoft Sentinel • Microsoft Purview

Spend at least USD 100 in a single calendar month across those services. – It doesn’t have to be real spend—you can use your existing credits. – Just make sure the total hits $100 between, say, July 1–31 (spans two months won’t count).

Wait up to 30 days for the Microsoft for Startups team to verify usage and automatically top up your credit offer. You’ll get an email notification once the extra credits land in your portal.

That’s it and no support ticket required. Just start using (or ramping up) any of the above services, hit the $100/month mark, and your allocation will grow.

    Hope that helps!

    Hello HealthCRAD Team,

Greetings! Thanks for raising this question in the Q&A forum.

Totally understand your concern running out of Azure credits before your project is ready can be stressful! Here's what you need to know.

    Why this happens:

Microsoft for Founders Hub provides Azure credits in tiers based on your startup's stage and progress. The $50,000 credit batch you're currently using has its own expiry, and there's no automatic top-up. You need to proactively request a credit review or unlock the next tier through the Founders Hub portal.

Here's what you can do, step by step:

    1. Log in to the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub portal at https://foundershub.startups.microsoft.com
    2. Check your current credit tier and see if you are eligible to progress to the next milestone level Founders Hub typically unlocks additional credits as your startup hits certain growth milestones.
    3. Look for the "Get Help" or "Contact Support" option within the Founders Hub portal and submit a credit review request directly. This is the official channel to ask for an increase Azure portal itself has no option to add more credits on its own.

When submitting your request, make sure to include details about your startup's current usage, growth progress, and why you need additional credits. A strong case with clear business justification improves your chances.

    1. If you don't see a support option, you can also reach out via the Founders Hub community or write to the Microsoft for Startups team through the contact form available on the portal.
    2. In the meantime, it's a good idea to review your current Azure resource usage and optimize where possible for example, shutting down unused VMs or switching to reserved instances to stretch your remaining credits as far as possible until July 2026.

As a helpful tip, make sure your startup profile and milestones are up to date in the Founders Hub portal, as eligibility for additional credits is often tied to your reported progress.

If this answer helps you kindly accept the answer which will help others who have similar questions.

    Best Regards,

    Jerald Felix.

I think the way to increase Azure credits in Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub is to request a credit‑review through Founders Hub Support, and Azure itself has no option to add more credits.
