2026-05-23T09:07:53.71+00:00 Now when I call MS I am redirected to the web address and hung up on immediately upon answering. I have called from a second phone number and same thing happens. If I use a restore point I lose recently installed apps that were quite tedious to get working. I spent a week getting the stack to run my local Ai working.
I actually talked to humans that assured me they could fix it remotely. And in both cases I was put on hold after they confirmed my phone number in case we got disconnected. One call abruptly ended after 27 minutes and one after 23 .. no call back in either case.
I called this time at 3AM hoping to not be at a high call time. Now they just hang up on me.

2026-05-21T20:25:17.05+00:00 Just spent 27 minues with a human at MS support that was trying to connect me with higher level tech support before the call was dissconnected. They had confirmed a callback number earlier but no callback has happened. He assured me they could fix the issue. now I start over.

Try to return your system to most recent "Restore Point".
Just οn the login screen, hold down the shift key and press 'restart'.
With that way you will go to WinRE.
