I understand you’re trying to obtain the billing and Skype Number details needed for a port request, but the Teams view only shows partial information.
Most of this scenario is already covered by Q&A Assist, so just to make sure we’re on the same page:
Have you signed in to the Skype account portal (via the billing link in the AI response) and checked the billing/account section there?
That’s where the full subscription + number details are usually available, not in Teams.
For porting:
- The process described in the AI answer is the correct one, and your new carrier typically uses that information to initiate the request.
If you’ve already followed those steps and still cannot see the required Skype Number details. At that point, the best next step is to contact support via live chat so they can help retrieve or provide official documentation for the port request:
- Visit Contact Us - Microsoft Support
- Select the product or service you're having issue with.
- Click Get Home Support
- Type a brief description of your issue in the search box.
- Click Get Help and select Contact Support below.
- Go to the Products and services tab and choose the appropriate product.
- On the Category tab, choose the appropriate category or an alternative option.
- Go to Confirm.
- Look for and select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" (during business hours) if available. Explain your situation clearly.
