    Hi! Let me help you.

That message sounds very suspicious and could be a phishing or scam calendar invite rather than a legitimate Outlook/Microsoft warning.

    Does the message appear as:

    a calendar event/invite,

    an email,

    Or a pop-up notification?

When you open the calendar item, does it contain:

    links,

    phone numbers,

    QR codes,

Or requests to “verify” your account?

The message in Outlook Calendar saying “we’ve blocked your account! your photos cloudsupport_team” is not described in the provided context as a standard Outlook.com or Microsoft account notification.

For genuine Microsoft account or Outlook.com blocks, the documented path is:

    1. Go to the official Sign-in Helper to check and unblock the account: https://aka.ms/sign-in-helper.
    2. If the account is actually blocked or sign-in is failing, follow the on-screen steps to verify identity and unblock the account.
    3. If unblocking fails, use the guidance under “When you can't sign in to your Microsoft account” from the same article.

If Outlook.com is working normally (email and calendar still accessible, no sign-in issues) and only this calendar message appears, treat it as suspicious content (for example, a spam event or phishing attempt added to the calendar) and remove or ignore it rather than following any links or instructions in that message.

If further help is needed with Outlook.com or Microsoft account access, use the documented Outlook.com support entry points while signed in, or the “can't sign in” link if sign-in is not possible.
