I'm having problems signing in to Edge browser to sync data across devices. There is also a problem with signing in to Xbox. My other devices have no problem and I am experiencing this issue with my desktop PC.

Please try to reset Microsoft Edge to see if it can fix the problem.
Open Settings > Apps > Install apps > scroll down to Microsoft Edge > click ••• > Modify > repair Edge by following the progress.
In additional, to completely restore Microsoft Edge to factory state, please do this additional step:
%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Edge then click OK.User Data to something else, example User Data.backup. You can delete the backup folder later if this method works.If you have further information, please feel free to let me know.
