1/ Please check your Teams settings again.
- Open Microsoft Teams, go to Settings > General, and ensure Register Teams as the chat app for Office is selected.

2/ Next, you can go ahead and enable the Outlook add-in.
- In Classic Outlook, select File > Options > Add-ins.
- At the bottom, next to Manage, choose COM Add-ins and click Go.

- Make sure Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office is checked. If unchecked, select it and click OK.

3/ After that, you may need to restart both applications.
- Close Outlook and Teams completely, then reopen them to apply changes.
4/ Finally, please confirm your account sign-in again.
- Ensure you’re signed in with the same account in both Teams and Outlook. A mismatch can cause the option to disappear.
