Hi I do not want dark mode, it is as bad; I want Micrsoft to do a proper fix, or renable the old colour sysyem and admit they got in wrong in removing it in the first place!

I wish to chage the default white backgroud colour in window 10 and 11 away from white it is to cleaery and I wnat the text balck not grey!

How do I change and get rid of the white your background? you customisations options go from one extreme to another, very limited control, and does not address the white background and light grey text!! the customer (me) had full control in Windows XP and Windows 7, why have you removed the full control, it was obviously a conscious decision! The eye strain I get is huge and it is coming to point where I will have to ditch Microsoft and windows 10/11. ( NOT THAT YOU WILL CARE)
I bet you send me your standared answer which will not address the issue!

To change the white background in Windows 11, follow these steps:
- Right-click on the desktop and select "Personalize".
- Click on "Colors" in the left pane.
