Unable to import feed from Google Merchant Center because "contact email is missing"

I get a pop-up error message appears saying "Contact email is missing" that prevents me from importing a feed from Google Merchant Center.

When setting up a feed import from Google Merchant Center to Microsoft Merchant Center, I managed to reach the "Confirm Import" page, but when I clicked "Start Import" a pop-up error message appears saying "Contact email is missing" and I am unable to proceed.

I have tried this multiple times on separate days via a login email that has Super Admin access to the Microsoft Ads account.

I have tried this on both a Chrome window, a Chrome window after clearing the cache, and on an InPrivate window.

I have contacted Microsoft Support and opened a service request concerning this and am waiting for their team to investigate and reply. They said that the message "Contact email is missing" is unusual and have forwarded the matter to their Account Experts.

Does anyone know how I can fix the problem?

I have gone into "Merchant Center" > "Settings" and I see no field field for adding a contact email. Microsoft Support has confirmed that this area does not allow me to provide any contact email.

Thank you Arsen! I have gone to the necessary area to add a contact email to the Store.

It was a slightly different procedure. I do not see Manage Stores on the left side, but instead I had to click on the 'Merchant Center' link again where it appears in the navigation path that I can see when I'm on the 'Summary' section.

The navigation path being 'Merchant Center' > [Store Name] > Product Issues'.

After adding a contact email to the Store, I was able to set up an Import from Google Ads.

    Also, we appreciate the detailed explanation. From your question I understand that you are not able to Import Feed from Google Merchant Center.

    Please be advised that you need to add a contact email address on the Store settings, to do that you have to go to Tool-Merchant Center, on the left side you have Manage Stores. Please click Edit Store and you will see the option there to add contact details. I will attach some pictures below as well.
