Hello Avid,

Thank you for using our Microsoft Advertising Community Forum!

I am sorry to hear you are facing challenges while importing ad campaign from Google. Do you have created Merchant Store on Microsoft Advertising account? If not, please create new Merchant Store. Please remember, every store is linked to only one URL. So, if you have existing Merchant store with your business URL, you will have to unlink it first.

Once you create a store, it will go through editorial review process. The review process can take up to five days, but you will be notified via email when an approval decision has been made.

  1. From the top menu, select Tools > Merchant center > Manage stores (shopping cart icon).
  2. Select Create store.
  3. You'll be asked to verify your site through Domain validation. You have two choices: Note: If you validate your domain using a UET tag, the tag must register at least 50 events before the domain appears as an option when you create a Microsoft Merchant Center store.
  4. Enter your store info, including your Store description.
  5. Select Save.
After successful store creation, you will be taken to a page where you will be informed of the store status. You'll be able to check if your store was automatically approved/rejected or is queued up for manual review. If you want to run Microsoft shopping campaigns, you must create a feed and upload a catalog feed file. A feed file contains a list of your products and attributes that define how they will display on the Microsoft Search Network. Each store can have more than one feed, but the products in each file must be unique per market. For more information and how to create feed file please visit our help page: About Microsoft shopping campaigns feed files.

If you have product ads in your Google Merchant Center, you can import them into your Microsoft Merchant Center with the Google Import tool. Import your Google Merchant Center product offers to Microsoft Merchant Center

Yes I do have a current merchant account. How do I unlink a URL? This will allow me to start fresh and it will allow me to pull the Google ad campaign from my new Google Merchant account?
